Villa Karina is a small, family-run guesthouse located on the beautiful Greek island of Skiathos. With a peaceful garden, cozy bar, and welcoming atmosphere, we attract both returning guests and new visitors every year — and none of it would be possible without a dedicated, friendly team.

Who we’re looking for?

We’re always open to hearing from reliable, experienced, and friendly individuals who are interested in working with us during the summer season (May/June – early October). We are currently looking for one BARISTA and one BARTENDER. You will be working 6 days per week (40 hours).

Some of these roles can be combined, so we especially welcome flexible all-rounders who enjoy being involved in many aspects of guest service and hospitality.

We are excited to announce that, starting in 2025, Villa Karina will be offering high-quality mountain bikes for rent. This gives you the perfect opportunity to explore the stunning nature of Skiathos in an active and eco-friendly way, right from our hotel.

Skiathos – A Bike-Friendly Destination

Did you know that Skiathos has been recognized as a Bike-Friendly Destination ? The island offers numerous cycling routes that showcase its diverse landscapes, from coastal trails to forested hills. Whether you are an experienced cyclist or just looking for a leisurely ride, Skiathos provides well-marked paths that connect you to breathtaking viewpoints and hidden beaches. By renting one of our mountain bikes at Villa Karina, you can experience these routes firsthand and discover the island’s hidden gems at your own pace.

Recommended Routes to the Best Beaches

Our central location, just 150 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches of Agia Paraskevi and Kolios, offers the perfect starting point for your bike tours. Here are some of our favorite routes:

Route to Koukounaries Beach : Start from Villa Karina and follow the coastal road west. After about 7 kilometers, you'll reach the famous Koukounaries Beach, known for its golden sand and clear waters. Along the way, pass through dense pine forests and enjoy stunning views of the sea.
Tour to Mandraki Beach : For the more adventurous, we recommend a ride to the secluded Mandraki Beach. This route takes you through untouched nature, giving you the chance to discover the island’s flora and fauna.

Tips for Your Bike Tour

Start Early : Especially in the summer months, we recommend starting your ride early to enjoy cooler temperatures.
Equipment : Our mountain bikes are well-maintained and suitable for the island’s various terrains. We also provide helmets and, if needed, additional accessories.
