Villa Karina is a small, family-run guesthouse located on the beautiful Greek island of Skiathos.With a peaceful garden, cozy bar, and welcoming atmosphere, we attract both returning guests and new visitors every year — and none of it would be possible without a dedicated, friendly team.
Who we’re looking for?
We’re always open to hearing from reliable, experienced, and friendly individuals who are interested in working with us during the summer season (May/June – early October). We are currently looking for one BARISTA and one BARTENDER. You will be working 6 days per week (40 hours).
- 🍳 Breakfast service
- 🍹 Evening bar shifts
- 🛎️ Guest check-in & check-out
Some of these roles can be combined, so we especially welcome flexible all-rounders who enjoy being involved in many aspects of guest service and hospitality.

💶 Fixed net salary from 1400€ month depending on role & experience + 100€/month bonus at the end of the season
