Villa Karina is a small, family-run guesthouse located on the beautiful Greek island of Skiathos. With a peaceful garden, cozy bar, and welcoming atmosphere, we attract both returning guests and new visitors every year — and none of it would be possible without a dedicated, friendly team.


Who we’re looking for?


We’re always open to hearing from reliable, experienced, and friendly individuals who are interested in working with us during the summer season (May – October). We regularly need support in the following areas:


  • 🍳 Breakfast service
  • 🍹 Evening bar shifts
  • 🛎️ Guest check-in & check-out


Some of these roles can be combined, so we especially welcome flexible all-rounders who enjoy being involved in many aspects of guest service and hospitality.

💶 Fixed net salary starting at €2,000/month depending on role & experience
